Citrus Crisis is just my personal site. I don't really go out there and submit my site to search engines and all that. I just join millions of cliques. Sometimes I try to get reviewed. So far I've only done that once. I give my url to certain people, and somehow word travels. Got questions? email me.
Why pitas?
It's the most practical and convenient one for me right now. I want a domain. I might just get one. I'm gonna have to get a credit card first. XP I was hosted once...sort of. Laura was going to host me, but family issues popped up so I had to return to pitas. *sighs* That's mostly why I can't get my own domain either.
Where did you get your site's name from?
I just came up with it. *shrugs*
Will you teach me how to do certain things html or PSP-wise?
That depends. If you're a really, really food friend of mine I'll certainly help. However, I won't give out everything I know. I haven't even applied them all to my site yet. What I know is what I know. Why would I give that out? I mean, how can I explain something like that? Tutorials aren't just something you can hand out. It seems selfish. I'm very picky about what tutorials I offer. I'm sorry. That's just how it is.
Pitas doesn't let you upload images. What image server do you use?
My images are hosted at boomspeed. My space is very, very limited. That's why my graphics can only go so far.
Would you say Citrus Crisis is on the elite edge?
Semi-elite. I'm up for good layouts, but this site is really for my own personal satisfaction. Of course, I try to satisfy my guests as well. I'm working on that right now, but if you don't like my site then too bad. I like it.
Would you make layouts or graphics for other people?
I wish! I barely have space for my own files. My computer is crazy, my image host is slow, and I don't even have my own computer. I don't have my own domain. However, once I get my own domain, my own computer, etc. I'll certainly start working on more things. I plan to make a portfolio, make layouts for guests, perhaps host, etc. It's just a matter of time.
How long have you been into web design?
Actually, I'm not sure. I've probably been really serious about it for over a year now. Before that I was interested in RPG, chats, etc. I experimented with html, but I haven't really been that serious about web design until about a year ago.
I noticed that in your quiz some of the questions were never mentioned in your blog. How do we find the answers?
The answers are all mentioned around this site. I usually have links to certain sites - things to keep guests busy while they check out my information. If you're really interested you'll find the answers.
How come your cliques and links don't generate new windows?
There are too many.
No tagboard?
Not yet. I'll add one when I'm ready.
No splash?
Nah. Not now. I might add one for my next layout. I don't know what it'll be. I have so many piled up. XP
So you write poems and draw. Why don't you post them on your site?
My work is personal. I'm not comfortable just posting them on my site. I have, however, posted links to fanfiction.net, fictionpress.net, and elfwood in the section about me. My work can be found there. I do, however, plan to make a portfolio for my art - photography, web design, etc. Until I can get a domain, however, that will be on hold. :)
